Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all paid offerings: hourly consultations, match making sessions, question sessions, astrology courses, Maha Pooja / remedy services, and gemstone purchases. Fees are quoted in INR and confirmed at booking. The free tools on this website — kundli, guna milan, numerology, Lo Shu grid, dasha, rashifal, panchang — cost nothing, so no refund questions arise there.

Cancel or modify your consultation slot according to these timelines:

Cancellation requests are counted from the timestamp of your WhatsApp/email message to our office — not from when we read it.

• One free reschedule is allowed per booking with at least 24 hours' notice.
• Rescheduled slots are subject to availability; priority is given to the earliest mutually convenient time.
• If we must move your slot for any reason, you may take the new slot, any alternative slot, or a full refund — your choice, no questions asked.

• Not joining within 15 minutes of slot start without notice counts as a no-show; the fee stands forfeited.
• Late arrivals are accommodated for the remaining duration; sessions are not extended past the booked end time.
• For offline visits at our Delhi office, the same windows apply — please factor Delhi traffic into your travel plan.

• Withdraw ≥ 7 days before batch start: refund of fee minus a 10% administrative charge, or free transfer to a later batch.
• Within 7 days of batch start: free batch transfer (one time); cash refund at 50%.
• After classes commence: fees are non-refundable, as seats, materials and faculty time are committed.
• On refund, access to class recordings, notes and doubt-session groups is revoked.

• Inspect your stone on delivery; report damage, mismatch or missing certificate within 48 hours for a full replacement or refund.
• Unused stones in original packaging with intact certification may be exchanged within 7 days for store credit toward another stone.
• Custom-energised (pran-pratishtha) or engraved stones are made to order and are not returnable unless defective.

Maha Pooja, havan and sankalp-based remedies begin with a dedicated ritual in your name and gotra. Once the sankalp has been performed, the service is considered delivered and becomes non-refundable. If you cancel before the sankalp date, a full refund is issued.

• Failed transactions: Amounts debited on a failed attempt are auto-reversed by your bank/gateway within 5–7 working days. We hold no such funds.
• Duplicate payments: Charged twice for one booking? Inform us with both references — the extra amount is refunded fully within 7–10 working days, gateway charges borne by us.

• Approval: within 2 working days of receiving a valid request.
• Transfer: approved refunds reach your original payment method in 7–10 working days (UPI/cards often faster; bank transfers depend on your bank).
• Applicable taxes (GST component, if any) are refunded proportionately along with the fee.
