We provide, through this website and our Delhi office:

• Paid consultations — Vedic astrology, kundli analysis, match making, career and business guidance, medical astrology support, vastu visits, palmistry, face reading, tarot and pooja guidance, delivered via audio call, video call or offline session.
• Remedial products — natural untreated gemstones, mantra prescriptions and Maha Pooja services.
• Education — structured Vedic astrology courses from basic to advanced levels.

Service scope, duration and fees are those published on the website at the time of booking.

• Free tools are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You must enter accurate birth data; we compute results from it as-is and cannot re-verify your inputs.
• Automated scraping, bots, bulk scripted queries or attempts to reverse-engineer our calculation engine are strictly prohibited.
• Tool outputs are indicative readings (see the Disclaimer) and may be refined as our methods improve.
• We may modify, suspend or retire any free tool at any time without notice.
• You may share links to the tools freely; you may not republish, resell or embed the generated reports commercially without written permission.

• A booking is confirmed only after fee payment and written confirmation (WhatsApp/email) from our office.
• Fees are per session as listed on the site (audio/video/offline) and are payable in INR before the session begins.
• Sessions start at the scheduled time; late arrivals consume their own slot duration.
• Audio/video recording of consultations requires prior written consent from Acharya ji.
• All discussions remain confidential; we will never disclose your case to third parties.
• Cancellation, reschedule and refund rules are detailed in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

• Course fees cover scheduled live classes, notes/materials and doubt sessions for the enrolled batch only.
• Class schedules may shift for festivals or unavoidable circumstances, with make-up arrangements communicated in advance.
• Course materials, recordings and frameworks are for personal learning — redistribution or resale is prohibited.
• Certificates recognise completion of the enrolled curriculum.

You must be 18 years or olderto book consultations, purchase products or enrol in courses. Charts for minors may be prepared exclusively on request of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on the minor's behalf.

All content on this website — text, articles, charts, images, logos, tool interfaces, layouts and underlying calculation logic — is the property of Acharya Rohan Chandra and protected by applicable Indian and international intellectual-property law. Press excerpts and embedded third-party videos remain the property of their respective owners. No licence to copy, modify or exploit is granted except for personal, non-commercial reference.

• Do not misuse the website: no hacking attempts, spam, malware, or interference with servers.
• Do not submit false identity details or another person's birth data without consent.
• Do not impersonate Acharya ji, staff, or use our brand to solicit payments elsewhere — genuine payments happen only through official channels listed on this site.

Decisions taken based on guidance are your own responsibility. Where professional expertise is needed — health, investments, litigation — please consult licensed practitioners in those fields.

The website and free tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acharya Rohan Chandra shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the website or reliance on astrological guidance. Our aggregate liability for any direct claim is limited to the fee actually paid by you for the specific service concerned.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Acharya Rohan Chandra, its founder and team from claims, damages or expenses arising out of your breach of these terms, misuse of the website, or violation of any law or third-party right.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; failing resolution within 30 days, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions to reflect new services, tools or regulations. The current version is dated 21 August 2026. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page; your continued use of the website after posting signifies acceptance.
